Joyce
Odidison is president of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. and founder of
the Global Workplace Wellness Summit. She is an international keynote speaker
and host of the What’s Happening at Work podcast, where she shares practical
strategies to
address
what’s going on at work any day of the week. Joyce is a certified training
and
development professional who brings decades of first-hand experiences and
practical
tools from her many years as a conflict analyst, workplace wellness expert,
and
leadership coach. She teaches the wellness competency curriculum to address
toxic
interpersonal conflicts, diversity, and stress at work to build resilience and
wellbeing intelligence for thousands of employees and organizations she works
with.
Some of
Joyce’s thought leadership work includes the innovative Wellness Improvement
System® (WIS® Method) and the Wellness Competency Coach Training Certification
Program. She holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation through the
International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Training Professional
through the Institute for Performance and Learning. Her work includes speaking,
training, coaching, and curriculum development in diversity, leadership,
interpersonal skills, to promote psychological safety, emotional wellness, and
mental health at work, for high performance. Odidison is an author of six
books, and publisher of Faces of Workplace Wellness magazine. She is a frequent
TV guest expert and has been featured in publications globally.
